Our services

Dedicated Cleaning provides house and office cleaning. Services, price and timing are agreed with you before work starts. We do not offer services that require specialist certificates.

Quotes and payment

Quotes are based on the information you give us. If the job turns out to be materially different (size, condition or access), we will tell you before going ahead. Payment terms are agreed when you book.

Access and safety

Please make sure we can safely access the property and any areas to be cleaned, and tell us about pets or anything fragile or valuable.

Rescheduling and cancellation

Please give as much notice as you can if you need to change or cancel a booking. We will confirm the terms when you book.

Problems

If you are unhappy with any part of the clean, contact us as soon as possible so we can put it right.

Subcontracting

We may use trusted partner cleaning companies for some jobs. We remain your point of contact.
